Neha Monga

Neha Monga serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Sales Hub at HubSpot, overseeing a $1B+ ARR product and developing AI-native selling experiences for millions of users. Concurrently, Neha is a strategic advisor to the CEO of Zapia AI, a seed-stage agentic AI company with over 5 million users, and invests in AI, social, and commerce sectors through Muse Ventures. Previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Lattice, where product strategy and AI transformation were key focuses, and Director of Product Management at Meta, where Neha drove $1B+ revenue growth in commerce advertising. Earlier experience includes positions at Amazon, Expedia Group, and Zynga, where Neha contributed to various successful product initiatives and team leadership. Neha holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
