Renee Farster-Degenhardt

Renee Farster-Degenhardt is a seasoned professional in user experience and product design, currently serving as Senior Director of UX for Growth and AI at HubSpot, along with the role of Executive Sponsor for the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Endurance International Group, where Renee held the titles of Senior Manager for Product Design & UX Ops, and Senior Product Design Manager. Prior to that, Renee served as a Senior Innovation Catalyst at Constant Contact, founded Inman Oasis, and co-founded Queer Soup Theater, where contributions included marketing management and creative direction. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
