Tanner Hodges

Tanner Hodges is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in web development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at HubSpot since September 2025, Tanner previously held the position of Staff Engineer and Senior Front End Developer at Red Ventures from March 2018 to August 2025. Before that, Tanner was a Mentor at Codementor and a Web Developer at MODE., where contributions included building responsive brand experiences for over 20 clients and creating a reusable front-end framework that significantly reduced project kickoff times. Tanner started the career in web development as part of a creative team at Songbird Agency, leading efforts in developing complete brand identities, and previously worked as a Programming Assistant at 21st Century Learning Solutions. Tanner earned a BA in Digital Media: Web Design from the University of Central Florida.
