Tara Berry, MBA, has a diverse professional background with experience in customer success, admissions, and administrative roles. Beginning as a Crime Analysis Intern at the Cambridge Police Department, Tara transitioned to various positions including Server and Bartender at Local 149 and Ruckerjohns Restaurant & More. Following this, Tara served as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Russell J. Goldsmith before moving to the insurance sector as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Tara then advanced to HubSpot, taking on multiple roles including Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success Manager, and Team Lead, culminating in the current position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes an Office Manager role at Joy of Dance, LLC. Tara holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Human Services from Northeastern University.
