Ruben Valls - MBA, PMP, PSM1

Ruben Valls has extensive work experience in software development and project management. Ruben is currently working as a Senior Developer at Hubstaff. Prior to this, they worked at Voovio as a Senior Developer from January 2019 to September 2021. Ruben also has experience as a Senior Developer at NAYARSYSTEMS from March 2016 to December 2018. Before that, they worked at Equipson S.A. for over 7 years as a Senior Developer, where they were responsible for PC and Android software development, firmware development, customer support, and Scrum Master duties. Ruben also has a personal brand called "The Embedded Engineer" where they developed several small web projects, including a MEAN stack portfolio demo application and plugins for Odoo ERP. Ruben holds an MBA, PMP, and PSM1 certifications.

Ruben Valls completed their education at various institutions. Ruben obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2003 to 2008. Ruben then pursued a Master's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia from 2010 to 2012. Later, Ruben attended ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2016 to 2018, where they completed their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ruben has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they obtained the "First Certificate in English" (FCE) at B2 level from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Ruben further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org in December 2018. Furthermore, in April 2019, Ruben achieved the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
