Brian Pilkinton, CTB

Brian Pilkinton, CTB has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the transportation and logistics industry. Brian is currently serving as the Sales Team Lead for Automation at TABi Connect since June 2023. Prior to this, Brian worked at Hubtek as a Sales Team Lead for Process Automation, where they utilized their expertise to evaluate brokerage business operations and identify areas for improvement through intelligent automation. Brian also served as an Account Executive for Process Automation at Hubtek.

Before joining Hubtek, Brian worked at BM2 Freight Services, Inc. as a Branch Director from April 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing operations and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers.

Earlier in their career, Brian held the position of Division Manager and National Account Manager at Simple Logistics LLC from August 2018 to November 2020. Brian played a key role in developing an efficient supply chain and building strategic partnerships.

Brian also has experience working as a Conductor at BNSF Railway from February 2014 to February 2016.

Prior to that, they worked at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. as an On Site Account Manager from December 2011 to October 2013, and as a Transportation Sales Rep from December 2010 to December 2011.

Brian's career in the transportation and logistics industry started at UniFirst Corporation, where they worked as a Sales Rep from May 2009 to September 2009.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership skills and subject expertise in automation and process improvement. Brian is committed to delivering exceptional performance and maintaining professional relationships with customers, carriers, and coworkers.

Brian Pilkinton, CTB, pursued their undergraduate studies from 2005 to 2009 at the University of Mississippi, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management. Additionally, in December 2018, Brian obtained a certification as a Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) from the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
