Tom Bakker

Tom Bakker has over 15 years of professional experience in the recruitment industry. From 2007 to 2017, they worked for SThree in various roles, including Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant, and Director - Life Sciences Recruitment. In 2018, they were the Founder and Director of ProClinical's Chicago office, where they recruited talent for Life Science companies. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amobee and is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Huckleberry Labs. In each of their roles, they have been responsible for sourcing and hiring diverse talent, building recruitment teams, and establishing recruitment processes.

Tom Bakker attended Lancaster University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA (Hons) in History and Politics.
