Ayse Arkut currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Workplace Experience at Huda Beauty since June 2023, having previously held roles such as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Consultant via The Coup. With extensive experience, Ayse has held the position of Managing Partner at The Coup since April 2021. Ayse's past roles include Recruiting Consultant at BCG X, Director of Innovation & Transition at Parisima Talent, and several acting talent acquisition head positions across various organizations, including Beema Insurance and ENOC Link. As the first employee at Parisima, Ayse played a crucial role in leading RPO projects and designing client-specific talent acquisition solutions. Ayse's prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and other prestigious companies, underpinned by a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Nottingham Trent University.
