Marea O'Sullivan is an experienced organizational development consultant currently working with NEOM Green Hydrogen Company, focusing on organizational design, cultural alignment, change management, team effectiveness, and coaching. Previously, Marea held various leadership roles at Biogen, including Director of Organizational Effectiveness globally, overseeing talent management and culture change initiatives, as well as partnering for regional implementations.
