Francisca Baettig

Francisca Baettig has a diverse background in human resources with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various organizations. Since December 2016, Francisca has served as HR strategist within digitalization and HR partner at Huddinge kommun, where Francisca has also been responsible for HR within the Gymnasie- och arbetsmarknadsförvaltningen. Prior to this, Francisca was an HR consultant at Polismyndigheten from June 2013 to November 2016 and worked at Stockholms stad's strategic personnel department from February 2010 to June 2012, focusing on transition issues due to workforce shortages. Earlier career experiences include recruitment at TeamTech Sverige AB and staffing consultancy at Academic Search International. Francisca holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Filosofie kandidatexamen in Personnel and Working Life from Stockholm University.
