Toralf Nilsson

Toralf Nilsson has extensive experience in public administration and sports management. Currently serving as the Technical Director at the Municipality of Huddinge's Administration of Environment and Building Permits since January 2008, Toralf leads a department of approximately 185 employees with a budget of SEK 266 million for 2020. Previous roles within the Municipality include Administrative Director and Deputy Director, overseeing large teams and significant budgets. In addition to governmental roles, Toralf is actively involved in athletics organizations, holding positions such as Council Member with the Swedish Sports Confederation and European Athletics, and has served as Acting President and Vice President of the Swedish Athletic Association. Toralf's project management skills were showcased as General Secretary for the 19th European Athletics Championships hosted in Gothenburg. Educational qualifications include programs from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences.
