Caitlin Landis

Caitlin Landis has a diverse work experience in the talent management and human resources field. Caitlin started their career as an Internal Recruiter at Spencer Ogden, where they successfully recruited candidates for the Americas region. Caitlin then transitioned to a Learning and Development Consultant role, where they developed and facilitated training programs for Recruitment Consultants and Managers.

In 2018, Caitlin joined NES Fircroft as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for managing the recruitment processes. Caitlin effectively sourced and hired top talent during their tenure.

Currently, Caitlin is working at HUDDL3 Group, where they have held various roles. Caitlin started as a Learning and Development Manager, contributing to the design and support of the Future of Work. In their current role as Director of Talent, they are focused on defining and driving talent management strategies for the business. Caitlin oversees the Talent Acquisition team, develops and delivers learning and development initiatives, and manages talent development processes such as performance management and succession planning.

Caitlin Landis holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Louisiana Tech University.
