Mark Jaworski

Mark Jaworski is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Franchise Operations at Huddle House, Mark previously held the role of Sr. Director of Operations at Long John Silver's, LLC, and was COO for South Star, a Hardee's franchisee. Mark's career includes significant leadership positions at Circle K, Hissho Sushi Inc., and RAGE, Inc., overseeing operations for hundreds of locations across multiple states and managing substantial annual revenues. Additionally, expertise in strategic consulting and training within the franchise sector has been demonstrated through various roles focused on enhancing operational performance. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary's University.
