Thomas Blackwell has extensive experience in various roles, beginning with service in the United States Army as a Military Police officer from August 1978 to August 1981. Following military service, Thomas Blackwell served as a Police Officer with the Midwest City Police Department from January 1982 until retirement in August 2013. After retirement, Thomas Blackwell worked as a Testing Specialist at Lobdock Impairment Detection from September 2014 to October 2018 and has been a Sales Specialist at Hudiburg Auto Group since October 2018. Education was completed at Midwest City High School.
