William McCarthy

William McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William started their career at Bank of Ireland as a Banking Executive, where they gained hands-on experience in interpreting trading accounts for SMEs. William then worked as a National Sales Executive at Shanghai Vision Asset Management, where they achieved the top salesperson worldwide in 2006. William later joined Pembroke Equity Partners as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing an international portfolio of properties and managing tax-based investment schemes. In 2010, they worked at Citi in security processing, and in 2012, they joined ACCBank / ACC Loan Management as a Personal Banker, ASU Analyst, and eventually became the Head of the Arrears Support Unit. Currently, they are a Senior Vice President at Hudson Advisors, LLC.

William McCarthy completed their education at Smurfit Business School (UCD) in 2001 with a Master's Degree in Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Commerce, specializing in Banking & Finance, from University College Dublin in 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Diploma in SME Credit from University College Dublin in 2016 and a Professional Certificate in Residential Mortgage Arrears from the same institution in 2014. William also holds certifications in Facilities & Property Management from Portobello Institute in 2010 and a QFA certification from the Institute of Bankers in 2008.
