Abhishek Bhutra

Abhishek Bhutra is an accomplished portfolio manager with extensive experience in structured credit trading and financial engineering. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP since February 2019, Abhishek previously held the role of Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Structured Credit Trading at Pine River Capital Management from February 2010 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes a Principal position at Y-Point Financials LLC, structured credit trading roles at Old Lane LP and Wells Fargo Bank, and a quantitative analyst position at Marin Capital Partners. Abhishek's technical background includes experience as a senior software engineer at i2 Technologies and a consultant role at Deloitte Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
