Erica Derector

Erica Derector currently serves as the Global Head of Technology Recruiting and Recruiting Operations at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP since December 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held senior positions at Two Sigma as the SVP, Global Head of Corporate and Engineering Recruiting, and at Gemini as the Head of Recruitment for Technology, where responsibilities included managing large talent acquisition teams and overseeing recruitment for a leading crypto exchange. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Recruitment for Technology at Schonfeld, leading an 8-person Talent Acquisition team at Gilt.com, and working as the Principal Technical Recruiter at A* STRATEGIES. Erica began a career at Gambit Technologies, focusing on recruiting top technical talent for financial clients. Erica holds a degree from Rutgers University and graduated from Marlboro High School.
