Max Fater

Max Fater has a history of working in the legal field. Max began their career as a Summer Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in 2016. In 2017, they became an Associate at the same company, where they worked until 2021. During their time there, they gained experience in legal counsel. In 2021, Max joined SUVRETTA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC as a Legal Counsel, and in 2022, they transitioned to Hudson Bay Capital Management LP as a Senior Fund and Regulatory Counsel.

Max Fater acquired their Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude degree from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Haverford College from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's Degree in History.
