Rick Allison began their work experience as a Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corp in May 2005. Rick then held the role of Patent Agent at Ropes & Gray LLP starting from July 2006 until September 2008. Following this, they served as an Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from October 2008 to July 2012. Rick's next position was at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, where they started as an Intellectual Property Counsel in July 2012 and transitioned to Director & Senior Counsel in January 2016.
Rick Allison completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2005. Rick then pursued a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution, completing it in 2006. Later on, Rick attended New York University School of Law from 2007 to 2010, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D) degree.
