Robert Dowling

Robert Dowling is an accomplished marketing and communications leader with extensive experience in the industry. Serving as CEO of Hudson Cutler & Co. since November 2015, Robert oversees a boutique firm in New York that tackles complex business and social challenges through innovative ideas. As a co-founder of Candy & Flowers from May 2019 to May 2024, Robert focused on brand marketing, advocacy, and social justice reform within the cannabis sector. Previously, Robert held the position of President and Senior Partner at Fleishman-Hillard from May 2012 to May 2015, managing the East Region and various sister brands. Robert also served as President of Weber Shandwick in New York from December 2004 to May 2012 and as Executive Vice President at Ruder Finn from January 1998 to February 2003. Robert is an alumnus of the University of Liverpool.
