Alan Miller

Alan Miller has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Health Services, Inc. since 1978 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal Health Realty Income Trust since 1985. Mr. Miller previously served on the boards of directors of CDI Corporation and NeighborCare, Inc.
