Douglas Steenland

Douglas Steenland previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Airlines Corp. from 2004 to 2008 and as a director from 2001 to 2008. He currently serves as the Chairman of American International Group Inc. and serves on the boards of directors of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., American Airlines Group Inc., and the London Stock Exchange Group. Mr. Steenland previously served on the boards of directors of MAIR Holdings, Inc., Delta Air Lines, Inc., Digital River, Inc., Travelport Worldwide Ltd., and Performance Food Group.
