Joseph Gromek

Joseph Gromek previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer and director of Warnaco Group Inc. from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Gromek currently serves on the board of directors of The Children’s Place, and previously served on the board of directors of Guess Inc., Tumi Holdings, Inc., and Wolverine World Wide, Inc.
