Paul Ormond

Paul Ormond has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of HCR ManorCare, Inc., and has served on the board of directors of HCR ManorCare and its predecessor companies, since 1985. Mr. Ormond currently serves on the board of directors of Billiard Brands, Inc. and United Petroleum Company, LLC. He previously served on the boards of directors of National City Corporation and Aeroquip Vickers.
