Previously, Justin held the position of Regional Chief Information Officer at The University of Vermont Health Network from November 2017 to January 2024, overseeing multiple facilities including Alice Hyde Medical Center, Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, and Elizabethtown Community Hospital. Justin's tenure at The University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital spanned from September 2000 to November 2017, during which time roles included Chief Information Officer, Director of Information Technology, Manager of Information Technology, and Senior Network Specialist. Earlier career experience includes work as a Computer Network Technician at Paul Smith's College from March 1998 to September 2000. Academically, Justin earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University (1994-1997).
