Eric Rosen is the Managing Partner of Hudson Hill Capital LP, a private investment firm specializing in leveraged buyouts, growth capital, and recapitalizations. Eric also holds director and chairman positions at VTrips, InXpress, and Fusion Transport. With previous experience at MSD Capital, L.P., Onex, and Kidder, Peabody & Co., Eric Rosen brings a wealth of expertise to the companies Eric is involved with. Eric holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School.
