Thomas Cucci

Thomas Cucci has extensive experience in asset management and project management in the affordable housing sector. Thomas started their career in 2009 at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where they oversaw thousands of affordable housing units and managed a major mixed finance federalization and acquisition deal. Thomas later joined VIP Community Services as the Director of Asset Management, where they managed a housing portfolio of 14 projects. Currently, they work at Hudson Housing Capital LLC as the Assistant Vice President, overseeing a portfolio of over 80 properties throughout the United States. Thomas'sresponsibilities include reviewing partnership agreements, monitoring leasing and compliance strategies, and analyzing financials for positive cash flows.

Thomas Cucci attended Quinnipiac University - School of Business from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. In addition, they have a certification in LIHTC Training/Certification from Quadel.
