Casey Watts

Casey Watts is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in instructional support, team alignment, and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Team Alignment Consultant at Casey Watts, Coaching and Consulting, LLC, since August 2017, Casey partners with schools and organizations to foster teamwork around core values and high-impact strategies. In the capacity of an Instructional Specialist at Hudson ISD since July 2020, Casey provides coaching to teachers and leaders, focusing on data-driven practices to enhance student academic potential. Previous roles include teaching 4th grade and mentoring at Stephen F. Austin State University from January 2009 to June 2020, alongside experiences as an Academic Advisor and an Education Training Consultant. Casey holds a Master of Education in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, both from Stephen F. Austin State University.
