Alexey Volokhov

Alexey Volokhov is an experienced facilitator and coach currently serving at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and Papillon & Partners B.V., where Alexey holds the position of Senior Leadership Coach. Since 2021, Alexey has also worked as an Organizational Consultant, Executive and Team Coach for teamGenie® and a private coaching practice. Prior to these roles, Alexey spent over 12 years at 3M, where responsibilities included managing change and integration, leadership development across multiple regions, and overseeing learning and coaching initiatives. Alexey's career began at Rolf Retail and included significant positions at Coca-Cola HBC and Pepsi Bottling Group. Academic credentials include an Executive Master's Degree from INSEAD and certifications in Learning and Development from CIPD.
