Caroline Dowling

Caroline Dowling is a seasoned executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience, including notable leadership roles at Google. Caroline founded Zeal Compass Consulting in April 2022, providing executive coaching across various industries. In addition to this, Caroline serves as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at T– and as an Executive Coach and Facilitator for the Spot Coaching Program at Hudson Institute of Coaching, where leadership-development workshops are offered to Fortune 500 clients. Prior to these roles, Caroline held several key positions at Google, including Director of Culture Programs-Global Sites Strategy, where initiatives supporting AI education were developed for 40,000 employees, and Director of People Operations.
