Janis Lipsitz

Janis Lipsitz is an accomplished leader and founder of EDge Collaborative Learning, established in March 2024, focused on enhancing educational outcomes through a culture of belonging. With extensive experience as Principal at Strategic Connections since June 2000, Janis specializes in organizational culture improvement to drive performance results. Janis has also served as a Sr. Consultant, Coach & Facilitator at Wilson Learning, and as an Executive Coach with the Hudson Institute of Coaching, contributing to leadership development. Notable previous roles include Director of Talent Development at Qlik, and Director of Global Organizational Development Programs at IMS Health, where Janis was instrumental in fostering a global learning culture. Janis began a career in sales as an Account Executive, with prior positions at Rosenbluth International and InterCall. Janis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
