Diane Whiting

Diane Whiting is an accomplished Executive Coach with extensive experience in organizational and leadership development. Currently serving as an instructor for the Executive Coaching Program at The University of Texas at Dallas since December 2014, Diane has held various leadership roles including Assistant Director of Strategic Partnerships and Senior Program Manager for the Healthcare Organization Leadership MBA Program. As the Managing Director of AUTHENTICA Coaching and Consulting since January 2014, Diane focuses on executive coaching, coach education, and mentoring. Previous positions include Corporate Director of Talent Management at ACE Cash Express and System Director of Workforce Strategy at Baylor Health Care System. Diane's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Organization Development and Change Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and leadership coaching credentials from Georgetown University Institute for Transformational Leadership.
