Jason Miller

Jason Miller, MA, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and organizational leadership consultant, currently serving as the Founder of Inner Sound Coaching & Consulting, LLC since March 2020 and as a Coach and Faculty member at the Hudson Institute of Coaching since April 2020. Previously, Jason held leadership roles at OhioHealth from February 2015 to April 2020, managing the OhioHealth Leadership Academy and directing high-potential leadership development initiatives. With extensive experience at Accenture from June 1998 to February 2015, Jason led global human capital strategies and developed marketing support functions that significantly contributed to revenue generation. Jason holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Miami University.
