Katie O'Malley

Katie O'Malley is an experienced executive sales and leadership coach currently at Google, where responsibilities include building and leading a sales coaching practice for teams supporting major advertising partners. O'Malley also serves on the Guiding Coalition Leadership Team for the Larkspur Corte Madera School District and is involved with the International Coaching Federation and the Hudson Institute of Coaching as part of ongoing professional development in executive coaching. In addition, O'Malley is a board advisor at The Forem, a career development program aiming to enhance leadership opportunities for women and underrepresented minorities. Previously, O'Malley held significant roles at Google and Yahoo!, contributing to growth and innovation in sales, partnerships, and digital transformation, while also managing family responsibilities as Chief Executive Parent in the O'Malley Household. O'Malley holds a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, along with additional education from The American University of Paris, the University of California, Berkeley, and Duke Corporate Education.
