Dale Douglas

Dale Douglas has over 30 years of experience in various legal and insurance roles. Dale currently serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at Hudson Insurance Group since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the AVP and Assistant General Counsel at Hudson Insurance Group from May 2012 to November 2017. Dale also has experience in strategic consulting for insurance litigation management and commercial entities through their own consulting firm from June 2010 to May 2012. From February 2001 to May 2010, Dale served as the VP of Claims, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Motor Transport Underwriters, Inc. Dale began their legal career as a partner at DeFalice & Douglas, P.C. from September 1995 to December 2000. Before that, they worked as an associate attorney at Richard J. Mills & Associates from August 1991 to September 1995. Dale also gained experience as a Risk Manager at Jones Motor Group from March 1986 to August 1991 and as a Claims Supervisor at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. from March 1985 to March 1986.
