Sebastian Alia serves as Deputy General Counsel at Hudson Insurance Group since January 2021, providing legal support and engaging in high-level underwriting decision-making. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Counsel for the Professional Liability Division at Validus Specialty, where Sebastian developed innovative insurance products, and previously held roles at Validus Underwriters, XL Catlin, Liberty International Underwriters, Hartford Financial Products, AIG, and Certilman Balin. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Hofstra University.
