Molly Pandelli

Molly Pandelli is the current Fiscal Officer at the Hudson Library. Molly has previous experience as an Interim Fiscal Officer at the Shaker Heights Public Library, a Fiscal Officer at the Cleveland Heights-Univeristy Heights Public Library, and a Fiscal Officer at the Northeast Ohio Regional Library System. Molly has also worked as a Fiscal Specialist at Catholic Social Services of Summit County. In their current role, Molly is responsible for preparing all monthly financial reports to present to the Board of Library Trustees, coordinating with the Director and Deputy Director to prepare the annual budget, supervising the library receipts and expenditures, coordinating grant reporting for local, state, and federal grants, compiling information for the library’s audit, and managing the work of the library’s Senior Accounting Clerk. Molly has also been responsible for providing oversight of the cash management for the system in their previous positions. Some of their key accomplishments include preparing action items for incoming Fiscal Officer to streamline the Business Office procedures, closing out fiscal year 2012 and providing Budget Commission with budget information, and managing the reporting for current grants.

Molly Pandelli has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University with a concentration in finance.
