Donn David

Donn David is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fiscal management and accounting. Currently serving as Departmental Fiscal Officer for Contra Costa County since September 2021, Donn has also held various accounting roles within the same organization, including Interim Fiscal Officer and Accountant. Prior to this, Donn worked as a Senior Accountant at Withum and a Tax Associate at OUM & Co. LLP, where responsibilities included preparing complex tax returns and conducting tax research. Donn's early experience includes administrative roles at Opening Technologies, Inc., CVS Health, and the US Congress, with a solid background in budget management and office administration gained during service in the U.S. Navy. Donn's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University - East Bay.
