Andy Wattula has a background in real estate and also has experience in the military. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties, Andy focuses on value creation and operational excellence. Prior to this, Andy held positions at Beacon Capital Partners and Hines, overseeing asset management, acquisitions, and development. Andy is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Vanderbilt University.
