Chris Pearson

SVP, Development Planning & Government Affairs at Hudson Pacific Properties

Chris Pearson joined Hudson Pacific in 2013 and serves as Senior Vice President, Development Planning & Government Affairs. He is responsible for entitlements, permit processing and predevelopment design coordination for development projects.

Prior to Hudson Pacific, Pearson served as Managing Director for Economic Development Policy and Senior Advisor for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa where he had direct oversight of the city’s Department of Planning and Building Safety and facilitated entitlements for over five million square feet of development.

Pearson is an Executive Board Member for the Central City Association and serves on the Loyola Marymount University Board of Regents and Community Coalition Board of Directors.

Pearson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctor degree from with the University of California, Los Angeles.
