Norma Gonzalez

Norma Gonzalez possesses extensive experience in property management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Training and Process Improvement at Hudson Pacific Properties since December 2014. Norma has held various managerial roles within the organization, overseeing building operations, tenant relations, financial reporting, and budget preparation. Prior to this, Norma worked as an Executive Assistant for The Daily Grind, managing multiple coffee storefronts and supervising staff, and contributed as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of George G. Romain. Norma also has experience in sales support and partner relations at Axia. An alumnus of California State University, Northridge, Norma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, complemented by earlier education at Santa Barbara City College and San Marcos High School.
