Jennifer Allard, SHRM-SCP, MSIOP has work experience as a Human Resources Director at Hudson Public Schools since August 2020, and previously at Reading Public Schools from July 2016 to August 2020.

Jennifer Allard, SHRM-SCP, MSIOP, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Plymouth State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Jennifer then pursued further education and received a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Salem State University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer Allard also obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in April 2019.
