Rafael Ramos

Rafael Ramos, CHFP, CRCR, currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Hudson Regional Health since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rafael held multiple positions at CareWell Health from December 2010 to October 2025, including Vice President of Revenue Cycle, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle, Manager of Patient Financial Services, and Patient Access Manager. Earlier in Rafael's career, experience includes working as an Account Advisor at Atlantic Health from March 2008 to August 2010 and as a Medicaid/Charity Care Manager at CBIZ from December 2005 to February 2008. Rafael holds a degree from Thomas Edison State University.
