Chrysalis Terrado

Chrysalis Terrado is an experienced horticulture specialist currently working for Hudson River Park Trust since July 2020, where responsibilities include maintaining diverse gardens, designing planting beds, and leading volunteer beautification projects. Additionally, Chrysalis serves as an event manager at Colbeh Restaurant since June 2017, creating client relationships and overseeing event execution. Prior experience includes a recruiting research assistant role at Empire Search Partners and an internship at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation. Earlier positions involved advocacy for diversity at the University at Buffalo and management roles in on-campus dining. Chrysalis holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo, complementing a background in volunteerism and customer service.
