Noreen Doyle

President & Chief Executive Officer at Hudson River Park Trust

Noreen Doyle has extensive work experience in various roles related to environmental planning, communications, and fundraising. Noreen began their career at the Banana Kelly Community Improvement Association as a Development Specialist, where they successfully raised funds for programs and secured a large federal construction grant. Noreen then worked as an Assistant District Manager at Manhattan Community Board No. 4 before joining the Hudson River Park Trust (previously Hudson River Park Conservancy) as a Vice President for Environmental Planning & Communications. In this role, they directed environmental review processes and managed various communications projects. After that, they worked at AKRF, Inc. as a Vice President before returning to the Hudson River Park Trust as an Executive Vice President, where they were responsible for implementing policy decisions and developing organizational strategies. Noreen currently serves as the President & CEO of the Hudson River Park Trust, overseeing the management of the waterfront development project in Manhattan.

Noreen Doyle pursued their education in the field of Comparative Literature, starting with their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree which they obtained from Smith College. Noreen attended from 1982 to 1986, successfully completing their undergraduate studies. Later on, they enrolled at New York University in 1988 and continued until 1990, where they completed the required courses for a PhD in Comparative Literature.
