John Poliniak

John Poliniak is an experienced engineer currently serving as an FPGA/ASIC Verification Engineer at Hudson River Trading since August 2023. Prior experience includes a Hardware Engineer Internship at IMC Trading in June 2022, a Data Science Internship at Danfoss Power Solutions in the summer of 2021, and a role as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from February 2020 to May 2021, where significant work involved developing an offshore wave energy converter. Additional experience includes a Development Associate position at Penta Global Foundation PTE.LTD in mid-2020, a Casual Event Speaker role at Crimson Education, and serving as a GIS Technician at Urban Water Solutions. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing the degree in 2023 after graduating from Melbourne High School in 2018.
