Roberta Yuan

Roberta Yuan's work experience includes serving as General Counsel at Hudson River Trading, Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Crédit Agricole CIB, associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, and Associate in M&A and Trader at J.P. Morgan. Roberta began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Trader in the FX Short Term Interest Rate Trading desk from 1997 to 2000, and later took on the role of Associate in M&A within the Industrials sector from 2000 to 2001. Following that, Yuan worked at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as an Associate from 2004 to 2006. Roberta then joined Crédit Agricole CIB as Vice President and Associate General Counsel from 2006 to 2008. Most recently, Yuan has been serving as General Counsel at Hudson River Trading since 2008.

Roberta Yuan completed their AB in Economics at Harvard University in 1997. Following that, they pursued a Doctor of Law - JD degree at Columbia Law School and successfully graduated in 2004.
