Charles F. Harkins, Jr

Mr. Harkins has been Vice President of Sales of the Company since December 2003. Mr. Harkins served as Vice President of Refrigerant Product Services (“RPS”) from October 2000 to December 2003 and has served in a variety of capacities since joining the Company in 1992. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Harkins served in the U.S. Army for 15 years attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant; he is a graduate of the U.S. Army Engineer School and the U.S. Army Chemical School.
