Mosey Parsa has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2004, Parsa worked as a Project and Field Engineer at Shazand Petrochemical, where they developed plans for oil and Olefin plant and assisted in solving operating problems. From 2006 to 2008, Parsa served as a Building Mechanical Engineer at Bank of Industry and Mind, where they supervised the building management systems and implemented energy-saving programs. Following that, Parsa joined Army Construction as an HVAC Project Manager, overseeing multiple apartment building projects and earning several awards for completing them within budget and schedule. In 2010, Parsa became the Facilities Manager at Central Bank of Iran, responsible for managing the mechanical and electrical equipment in a large official building. In 2013, Parsa worked as a Production Manager at Thin Film Devices, Inc., where they directed and coordinated production, processing, and distribution activities. Finally, Parsa joined Hudson Technologies in 2014, initially serving as a Plant Manager before being promoted to Engineering Manager and, eventually, Director of Plant Operations. During their tenure at Hudson, Parsa achieved significant improvements in throughput, inventory reduction, and cost per unit through various measures, including implementing JIT inventory systems and optimizing flow and changeover times.

Mosey Parsa holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Engineering Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Parsa earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, completing it from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Parsa has obtained several certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, IAQ (Indoor Air Quality), Preventive Maintenance (PM), R-410A, EPA 608 Universal from Mainstream Engineering Corporation, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
