Cynthia McKinney

Cindy McKinney, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive background in human resources, spanning over 30 years. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hudson Valley Hospice, where they have been since 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Western World Insurance Group from 2012 to 2015. Cindy also served as the Interim Human Resource Director at Echo Design Group from 2011 to 2012. Cindy has held several high-level HR positions, including SVP Human Resources at Majestic Insurance, where they worked from 2007 to 2011, and Vice President of Human Resources at OneBeacon Insurance from 1995 to 2005. Cindy also gained experience as a Regional Human Resource Manager at AIG in 2006 and as an AVP Human Resources at Crum & Forster from 2000 to 2002. Cindy's career has showcased their expertise and leadership in the field of human resources.
